Having decided to renovate our kitchen, my wife and I contacted two local full-service kitchen/bath contractors for estimates.  Within ONE WEEK, we had a full design layout and a basic cost figure from MK&B that was fine tuned within hours after having made final our final choices.  We still had not heard from the 2nd contractor (who had been contacted in January) on his basic estimate, though it was later determined to be over $4000 HIGHER than MK&B, with none of the quality/feature upgrades that MK&B provided.  

Our decision was easy to make. The cabinets, quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc.  were delivered slightly ahead of schedule, and installed with meticulous care and precision by very professional – and personable – installation personnel.  In terms of product quality, features and service, we received SO MUCH MORE for our money than we ever thought possible.  This in addition to having the specific pleasure of dealing with Janice Sherrod, who patiently guided us through the process.  Janice not only  listened to us, her knowledge and experience provided us with options that we didn’t know existed – resulting in a kitchen that is both functional and beautiful, and that well exceeds our expectations.  Sincere thanks to Janice and Bob, both extremely competent and considerate professionals.  Our highest recommendation goes to Memphis Kitchen & Bath.
